Do NOT fall for this ad about Phantom 85 V-4 or ANY so-called Phantom coming from Zane at CMB.

I made my enquiries about this and its design etc. to the powers that be that actually OWN P-85 and all rights etc.

Here is what Zane has now posted on his CMB website.

I was asked to take this message sent to me by bicycle-engines.com and post it on the forum, when I showed them this ad up above coming from Zane's CMB. They are refuting his legal right to use the P-85 name etc.

"I have passed your emails along to the owner. I do know that the Phantom V4 does not exist. Bicycle-engines.com is the sole owner and creator of the Phantom motors. I know what he is posting is false information. I will make sure to pass along this to the owner as well. We have a specific company we work with when we create each Phantom version. That is how I know for sure that the Phantom V4 does not exist and this person is falsely selling it with our BRAND. Let your forum members know that, I would appreciate it. I will send your info and link to owner for him to see how he wants to proceed with California Motor Bikes."

The folks at bicycle-engine.com are still in the process of of giving Zane his cease and desist orders and I have noticed that at least one of his sites has now renamed the engine he was marketing as a P-85 V-4. As of today, he is now calling it the,

I checked his Ebay sites and the Phantom named merchandise hasn't been changed as of yet.

This shows I think that he is dealing with Ethan and Eric Smolic and Smolic Performance since he now says his motor is a "Menace", (which is marketed by Smolic Performance), with the only difference being a different head of Zanes choosing, so he now calls it a Malice rather than a Menace...lol.

Water does seek its own level even in the septic system...lol.

I can only say that appropriating someones else name brand, copyrights, and trademarks, is lower than low.
With that being said, I would NEVER buy from him and reward his bad behaviour with even more money.

I think he has caused enough "MALICE" with this already...lol.
