It is NOT a Whizzer by any stretch of the imagination, it is just a 2 cycle common China Girl motor where you mix the oil with the gas for a 32:1 mix ratio, (4 ounces 2 cycle oil to 1 gallon of gas), The bike frame is just that, a regular bicycle frame that someone mounted the motor to.

Just for comparrison, this is a Whizzer that one of our members has in pic below...Whizzers are also ALL 4 stroke motors, never a two stroke.

Ps...It looks like it has more oil on the outside of the motor and the bike frame than what it should have in the fuel tank mix ratio and inside the motor...lol...lol.

It's your money but someone is not trying to take very good care of it or they would have at least cleaned it up before trying to sell it to someone.

As a for instance, here is a pic of mine below which is an 85cc two stroke motor on a regular Hyper beach cruiser frame just so you can see what could be if you built one of your own with new parts etc. rather than buying someone elses headache.

It does look like that I must admit but it is brushed black paint that was there when I bought it - I have some vintage bikes that I show and this one has more interest than my -51 cyclemaster-66 solex3300 - 35 alcyon passemontagne 58 james cadet -or 86 suzuki 80 roadie - I have just got my latest show item so we shall see what happens then Update -- 1969 Genuine London Metropolitan Morris 1000 with the paperwork --
