Can i fit YD100 cylinder kit on Avenger 85, i was thinking because i couldn't find the same parts in my country, so there was one choice to put on YD100. What are your tips before i am buying it?

I am asking this because my Avenger 85 broke down, so i need a new cylinder.

Most newer yd100 kits come with the 12mm wrist pin. Not sure about the cylinder kit. Just ask the seller if it has 12mm pins. you will also need a regular 66/80 exhaust pipe.

Possibly you have to measure your wrist pin. Worst case swap the crank also BUT just search yd85 top end not avenger. They're yd85s ppl .market them as avengers but cdh and a slew of others sell them

I haven't tried but if you have a connecting rod that takes a 10 mm wrist pin with bearing and have a piston with a 12 mm wrist pin hole surely there are 10 to 12 mm bushings available.
Going the other way, the bushing would go in the middle of the wrist pin accommodating the 12 mm hole in the connecting rod bearing , easy peasy says me.

The bushing won't last long. That was one of the major flaws with the V1 phantom 85, and alot of home built saw engines
