I've seen similar frames from a Taiwanese company called "NEXT" they make that same kind of short travel bike, i'm thinking there's a swing arm pivot point behind the crank on the chain-stays.
I think the standard left side drive
rag-mount/sprocket/tensioner/chain system might be usable with a modified tensioner that can take up the slack in the right side drive train caused by the suspensions movement.
Drive chain alignment might become problematic.
You might want to consider running a shift kit and avoid the problem altogether since the relationship between the engine and the crank is always constant.
I hope that helps...Hmmmm... add an inexpensive short travel fork and it could be really cush.
