Can i reuse the broken in piston rings?

Hey so my Jug failed, deep gouge to the exhaust port side the piston rings have a tad bit of a scratch on it.

However they are broke in I was wandering can the rings be reused in a new Jug?

Detoxing and cleaning out the engine today before I order in the new cylinder and head in.


What lead to the initial failure was a partial head gasket edge blow out (sharp edge).

I doubt it would do any damage to try them to see if they'll work, but new rings are fairly cheap and should work better.
