Can't get bike to start! Please help!

The magneto once attached to the motor is grounded. It should have two wires (not white) coming from it, maybe a blue or some other color and a black. The black wire is your ground and all other black wires run through that wire to ground.

Hope this helps a little. You can see that the black (ground) wire attached to the side of the magneto is the ground. Positive wires are the blue and white from coil. If I were you I would spin the rear wheel and put a multimeter between the blue and black wires to see if you are getting voltage between positive and negative. If not then unfortunately your magneto is broken. Not too much of an issue though, you could try to fix it yourself but you can also pick one up off eBay for $12. Good luck!

Can you take a picture and post it of your mag, Same picture as RB55 posted but of your bike. And thanks for the picture RB55.
 
Here are some photos of my mag, then one of my cdi too. If I wanted to use the electrical wire method were would I attach the wire to the groundings of the cdi and mag? Would they just wrap around the ends of the black wires?
