Can't go as fast as used to

Hi, I got a 36T rather than 46T sprocket, and now I only go 24? I also re put on the engine and redid all things, I used the same carby, tuning, and engine that I used when I went 35. Could it have something to do with the clutch? I think so.

Does the flower nut need to be tighter?

I know the difference of tourqe and all, i went a straight mile, it might be carby but i think its clutch. It just doesnt feel like full throttle

I have a similar road here, it has a couple bends in it, over a creek, then a 90, then straight and flat for 3 km.
