Cork would not be a good choice unfortunatly and you'll have to re torque head bolts often.I don't think gasket material is very expensive and would work much better J/S.

i know just making a stencil with cork got felpro for the final product i need to make gaskets to seal where i matched the case to cylinder she starts but leaks fuel like a mofo
