Carb identification help need + fuel issue

I've attached an image of the engine and carb I have. Does anyone know the make/model of this thing, or have any litterature on it?

We have a no-start issue and we're getting fuel leak from a hole near where the filter element attaches. I just want to familiarize myself with the carb to help diagnose this no-start.

Fake mikuni 24 I believe. Decent engine, needs porting and a billet crank. If you’re having trouble with it swap the carb to oko 21.

That is why I said "with the case reed setup, no." The power issues are still related to most of the work he had to do. Exhaust, transfers, and ridiculously low compression.

So when is a reed valve needed and why? None of my previous 49cc or 80 cc engines have had one.

Case induction, windowed piston or trenched intake, or if the intake port on a piston port setup just has way too much duration.
