Carb needle adjustment for low altitude

I have a 48cc bike berry bbr tuning motor with the speed carb: https://www.bikeberry.com/engine-kit-parts/performance/2-stroke-speed-carburetor.html
I live in Spencer, WV where the elevation is at 748 feet above sea level. I would like to know what is the recomended setting for the needle? The needle has 4 settings.

I am at sea level and on a stock motor the second notch from the top is the best for me.

Every engine will be different though, and it is a quick and easy process to adjust so I would just test it.
