Carb Question

That carb you linked to is set up for a 4 stroke engine. It's a Constant Velocity (CV) carb and they work best on high RPM 4 strokes like Honda's early Elite 150cc and modern 50 cc~ 150cc OHC scooter engines. Are you using the stock HT intake tube?

This is for a Gy6 Engine 50CC i just want to get rid of the carb.

Here, gives you the convenience of auto choke but has a manuel side


Or a bigger full manuel one (gonna need cables)

This is for a Gy6 Engine 50CC i just want to get rid of the carb.
OK they used to be called QMB139. FYI the industry calls all of the 125cc to 180 cc CVT Chinese 2 valve OHC 4 stroke scooter engines GY6. But for some reason they're now calling the Chinese QMB139, GY-6's? That'll help when trying to order parts?

BTW there's not a lot of reason to go to a 19 mm piston slide choked carb for these engines. Both of the carbs posted are for 2 cycle scooter engines. The auto choke and constant velocity venturi are good things for ease of starting and fuel mileage. Tuning the simpler carb may not be as easy, and you want to run as close to the original mm sized venturi if the engine is stock.

btw i want all manual for my ease

because i can easily choke it start it, unchoke it go unlike most mopeds i'm not limited to frame room i got a real open back here LOL
