Carby Carb -starve

Trouble with carb at wot ! Boggs at wot and when i drop back on throttle seems it runs again . I put float at 21mm. Is this my problem?this is a speed carb.

if it's 4-stroking, you may need a smaller main jet

These carbs are jetted too rich from the factory. Stock jet is a #70, depending on engine size and altitude, #64 seems to work well. My "speed" carb loves a #62 jet @ 900 ft. altitude on a 66cc stock engine. Also, it runs best with the needle set to the lowest position (highest notch), this sets the part-throttle and idle mixture.
