Carb trouble

Just took this plug out after 200 kms

Im sure it tells my carb trouble taleView attachment 77423

It looks almost perfect? Just a tiny bit lean maybe

Very interesting then.

I was suspecting for it to show an issue. So its quite possible an air leak is causing me to 4 stroke then.

No an air leak would be the opposite of 4 stroking... What you may want to do is jet down one or 2 sizes, and lower the clip on the needle to richen up your mid and low since you'll spend more time there and may be why you have that color plug but still can 4 stroke.

That is you should change the needle setting once you have the ability to, with a new needle.

Sometimes i take the backroads but i learn better that way.

Havent fully decided on the new carb yet. Any suggestions?

If you go to the #68 I would start at a richer setting on the needle "c clip at the bottom notch" then work my way toward the top 1 notch at a time stopping when the 4 stroking goes away.

good looking plug - if this means they've gotten rid of needle slots on the carbs I prefer, at least they got the one slot in the right place
