Carbuerator HELP!!!

I have a 80cc 2 stroke that i just broke in so i bought a high performance carb on & lost power cant get it to run rite & leaks a little oil from muffler when i shut it off please help me......

Please look up tips on how to tune carbs, you're probably going to need to buy a couple more things, start checking for air leaks too around the intake connection..
