Carby Carburetor Float Level

I've got a problem with my engine, and I suspect the carburetor float level. If I ride around a culdesac on the right side (turning Left), the engine cuts out. If I ride around the same culdesac on the Left side (turning Right), it does not cut out. Since the carb float is on the Right side, I think it is running out of gas when I run Left. Does anyone know the adjustment procedure, or spec on the float level adjustment?

tough to explain w/o a pic, but...the brass "clip" that holds the needle and reacts to the float is adjustable. if you decrease the distance between the needle slot and the two arms that contact the float, you can raise the float level. bend the arms down to lower the float level. use slight increments til you get it right.

hope that helps :???:
