Carburetor ??? s

Not quite sure I have all the lines hooked up properly on my 21 mm carburetor. I bought from Amazon. I can get it started but it floods. Then gas start to leak out overflow on bottom. Any help would be great I'll send picture

The float is stuck or too high if gas is coming out of the overflow.
