Have had this NT Speed 2 carb on there for years starts and ideals up then runs for a min. Speeds up by its self and dies. Adjusted every thing over and over change filter you name it has me stumped when I say adjust I mean apart then adjust .

if choke is really off when you turn it off, then I'd be looking for sudden lack of fuel - bad petcock or fuel cap vent?
