Caution; Typo in the Zoombike Install PDF

The typo's near the bottom. It's important cause it's about the oil premix. It states to mix 6 oz. of oil with 1 gallon of gas for a 16:1 mix during breakin. That is wrong!! 6 oz. in 1 gallon is a 21.3:1 mix. 8 oz. in 1 gallon is 16:1 Just a heads up.

Thanks for exposing this typo but following it will not cause any harm. All my engines are run at 5 oz to gallon of fuel from day one. Oil ratio is important but oil quality is more important. A touch of castor in your oil mix is the only way to go on a air cooled 2 stroke engine. 5 to 1 is plenty sufficient if you do this.


6 to 8 oz per gallon is just too much and causes the uncessary emission of pollution into our air.
