Zeda chrome has been crap lately as well! Thanks for the heads up. I'm doing a mild performance rebuild for someone this weekend for an old triple40 I sold like a year ago and if he needs a new jug I am tempted to just get another G5 steel sleeve and go through the trouble to mod one again. It was a lot of work to get "right" on a standard zeda bottom end, but its a great jug and will last ages. He's got about 1500 miles on it so I know it has to be pretty worn out.
I'm really tired of chrome issues and I'm glad I won't have to worry about it anymore on my test bike - for my personal bikes the only thing I would swap this G5 sleeved jug for is a sleeved big bore chinagirl jug or a nikasil aftermarket jug.
