Is anyone else getting their chain caught in the spokes? And I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions to fix?

Agreed the one on the top is not good, when the motor pulls it tightens that side, all the tensioning should be done on the bottom. Take out links until it’s within a link be being tight.

you may need to have the “dished“ sprocket facing out on your bike. It depends on the wheel and how much dishing they did to the spokes.

get rid of the fender before they come off and make you crash.

Put the tensioner on the bottom stay. Then adjust it as a guide centering the chain as it feeds onto the sprocket.
You don't need it on the top. And fix that fender it's driving me nuts.
