Chain problem: or loose, or tighten...

Hi guys,

Im freaking out with the chain, because when i take a ride, the chain is constantly, or large..or too tighten..

Should i get a new chain? My bike has 1700km, with some maintenance,

The chain is only tighten where the chain link passes in the last teeth of the sprocket, what this means, exactly?

4 things could cause that.
1. Rear sprocket is not perfectly centered on rear wheel.
2. Chain has links that cannot freely pivot on the link pins.
3. Chain is too small width wise to fit over sprocket.
4. The valleys between the sprocket teeth are cut too deep/ teeth are too tall.

3 and 4 can cause very strange sounds, almost like the chain is being plucked like a guitar string.

Maybe i should get a new chain, because the rear sprocket is kite fine, i think
