Chain Problem - Stumped.

I'm going to try a #41 chain. I see other people had problems
with this kit and the chain, and one guy went to a 41 chain after
the chain jumped the drive sprocket and partcially broke it. The
41 chain solved the problem. I would like a completely
smooth running chain drive. This 53cc kit comes with a great
motor so I want it to be the best I can make it.

Don't believe so. It's not that much wider, maybe 1/16 of an
inch. I have the same kit as another user who experienced the
exact same problems, and he solved his chain issue with the
41 chain. I expect it to perform better. I have a 4 stroke so
the chain does not sit next to the case.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

If you have a farm store like Raul King or Tractor Supply. They carry 41 roller chains 10 foot packs. They really make more resistant on peddling that’s why I don’t use one. I like to pedal sometimes. Plus tire clearance.

Fortunately, I have good tire clearance, so I'm
anxious to test the 41 chain, and hoping it runs
much smoother. I know about Tractor supply,
but they only sell 10 feet which I don't
need. Will report back.
