Chain Slack

Hello,

I have a pk80 on my bike and I'm still breaking it in. I took out 2 links on the stock chain and it still has about 3/4" slack. If I take out more links, I can't put the chain back together because it ends up being too tight. What should I do? I've done 20 mph on it so far and it hasn't came off but I don't want it to jam. I have to take out 2 links otherwise I won't have the right end to put the master link back on.

loosen tensioner and slide it farther back on chain stay - if chain stretches more during first 50 miles, you may be able to cut another link off and move tensioner back where it was
