Hi Forums,
I am having troubles with my tensioner as my lower chainstay is on an angle.
I know this has been covered before and the solution is to "twist" the and tensioner metal but I cannot seem to do this.
What are your guys thoughts on any other solutions? I was thinking about getting one of those spring chain tensioners that mount to the actual motor from the chain gear cover. These are so expensive thought especially as I'm in Australia!!

My thoughts are that the plate doesn't need to be so thick and heavy if it is attached to both the seat stay and the chain stay.
Use some hardened aluminium flat bar and a decent pulley whatsit idler wheel with two sealed cartridge bearings inside. Or repurpose a MTB chain device like I did. :)
