This is what it looks like it was a free saw I got from a scrap pile one day.
It is a 34cc 2 stroke

It will have enough clearance for #25 chain

Drive sprocket size?

Wheel sprocket size?

Thinking high 20's

Thinking FWD like this build note does not have secondary mount areas the handle is one piece.

Just Bar stud and the 4 bolts that hold cylinder to gas tank.

Drilled the chainsaw sprocket rivets so can attach a #25 sprocket.

Thinking I will use 3 pins and peen them over on the inside of the bell, drill out the outer surface where pins are then weld the holes securing the pins to the sprocket.

You know I could do this with my green bike and have 2 motors on the same bike with the FWD. Huasheng and a 34cc 2 stroke on the front. Could use the existing fork as the support and use the thicker spare fork I have as a steerer.

Matter of fact if the 3 pins were long enough they could just be well peened on both sides without welding except it needs the needle bearing in the middle.

You’d like twin engines.

Twice the torque, from idle to maximum rpm.

The beauty of it is that you don’t have to synchronize the engines.

Both can pull simultaneously.....or not.

If one engine conks out, you can “limp home “ on one engine.

Ask me how I know this.😁
