What is a cheap mountain bike with suspension that is easy to connect to?

I don't think any of the current cheap suspension bikes are good for frame mounting an engine. A rear rack mounted engine like a Staton-inc or Golden Eagle works better on a rear suspension bike.
It is cheaper and easier to frame mount an engine in a hard tail bike and use a suspension seat post to absorb the bumps.
