Yamaha has over 200 lawsuits on the Grizzly ATV.
I read one case where a guy let his 8 year ride one he hit a tree and got killed, but it's Yamahas fault !!!!
The goverment is even investigating the Grizzly...
This is America anybody can sue anybody for any reason at anytime for any amount of money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But yea the lawyers will only go after somebody with money or insurance...
Anybody remember the Cessna aircraft lawsuits of the early 80's
the price of a 150 went from 37.000 to 65,000 becuse of the product liability insurance !!!!!!

well maybe not -- but -- it's no fun ride going to court

I already know I'm not liable, but this is just for the judge/jury to see.

well maybe you will not be -- in the end found to be liable
but -- let me tell you from experience
even if you win in the end
the court battle that get's you there will still cost you a large amount of money

that's why I have said for many years now

even when I won in the courts -- it was no fun..........................

got the wrong ride on that thing !!!
