Hi Dan, Thank You for stopping by. I played with that idea and would like to IF I can come up with an easy way that would look good, so I tried those 7/8 mirror clamps to support the material on the upper control arm BUT! I am not happy with the look, remember this is for sale, I just love to build good looking safe fun things...

I figured it would be the same way with a fender held on by either the hub or control arm. There might be a way to mount it if you can float mounts on the outside (probably on bearings) with the inside mounted after the suspension.
