Childs bike tire for wheel?

I'm looking into building a push trailer and I have a 12 inch tire bicycle that my daughter outgrew with a nice little freewheel front tire and I'm wondering since I have a 49cc 4 stroke kit with the sprocket (might have to get a smaller sprocket considering the size) could the little 12 inch tire handle the 20-30 mph Speeds I'm hoping to achieve or would it burn up?

I was considering putting a zerk fitting into the tube to simplify regreasing

To do 20 mph on level ground with this setup you'll need a total reduction of 12.14\1. To do 30 mph you'll need a total reduction of 8.09\1.
