stage one



stage 2 better tires brakes and mod FD to use SAE parts not metric
had to turn spacer between motor and friction drive down in the lathe


stage 3... make a new mounting system to allow use of a quick release rear wheel

only a handdrill, dremel with cutting wheels and a hand file were used to make the slots... so much for me being a doofus

What are those 4 bolts protruding from the u-channel in pic 3 for? Also the roller is crooked in relation to the tire. You need that perfectly straight in relation to the tire. OK done with your on the install................lol. Nice setup, is that 1 of those 40$ amazon 43cc 2 stroke motors? How does it perform?

the 4 bolts are for this basket that I can't use now now
working on getting a pannier and make a mount for it to replace basket
the 43cc 2 smoke needs a much better carb as it is a PITA to start
