Sprockets chopper selection/ hub mounting sprocket? help

hi, anyone know of a place to get a cheap chopper that i can motorize? if u have a url thats much appreciated . also i saw a guy who has a chopper and managed to drill 9 holes into the side of the hub and bolt his sprocket directly onto the hub, is this ok to do? thanks
