I really am straining here trying to see how it is that could have came across as going off on you.

I didn't have to strain at all to see how this was taken...Your statements below that I have quoted here can seem to be quite condescending and superior sounding to many people.

You probably don't realise it but the written word can come out quite differently in translation than when one is speaking to someone, in person, face to face...It is not so much what you are saying...It is how you are expressing it and how it may sound to others...Just saying.

Prove me wrong, or educate yourself.

you do need to have some knowledge about how these things work on a bit more advanced level to do advanced troubleshooting.

I'm not going to reply because it will end with this thread being closed (which honestly I don't care, the issue is resolved, maybe somebody out there in the future will have this happen but the chances are pretty slim). @DAMIEN1307 summed it up perfectly.
