Clutch adjustment?

My 49cc 4 stroke motors clutch is slipping when at idle. When I lift the back wheel up its starts spinning pretty fast and when I'm at a stop it kind of wants to go. The idle is not high and if I bring it any lower the engine stalls. Can I adjust the clutch to engage later?

See if they have stronger springs for thee clutch, it will engage later then............Curt

Odds are you toasted your clutch springs from a bad gear ratio. Will make the shoes engage sooner and might even drag at idle. Might need a whole new clutch altogether.
