Could somebody please tell me how to properly adjust the clutch inside the 80cc motor clutch spring

There is more than one adjustment.

For the star nut, for a starting point hold the clutch lever in and tighten the star nut by hand until flush then +2 notches. Test ride it and adjust as needed from there.

For the internal preload spring, you have to remove the clutch cable guide and stick a flathead in the hole to catch the spring adjuster, then rotate the rear wheel BACKWARDS to tighten and FORWARD to loosen. The preload spring will make the clutch plate press harder against the pads at the expense of less travel and lever feel.

You don't half to go through the flower nut unless you have already f*** with it.
Just pull tight the cable set the stop cable push the bike the rear tire should drag next pull the clutch handle it should free the wheel to where there is no drag. If everything work out the way I said your free to go.
But you may want to fine tune it to where the clutch pops at the end or begining or middle just pull the cable in or out to what ever your style is set the cable stop screw.
