My name is Adam, I just got my 66cc Skyhawk "Angel fire" from King's and I'm concerned about how easily my clutch arm moves around. I can swing the clutch arm back and forth with my fingers. Is it normal?
( I still haven't installed any components on the bike or engine )

Yep, that's normal, until the cable is connected.
The arm should point toward the rear when the cable is fitted.

To add to Steve's reply and since you haven't done anything yet, please read through these threads. By doing so you may not only save yourself a headache or two but save our time answering questions that have been asked over and over again. Don't get me wrong, we will surely answer, but you will learn plenty even if you don't have a problem to start with.

I put this together, I wish that I had something like this to read through BEFORE I started my first build out of 5.
