Hi everyone,

I recently bought and installed a 80/66cc 2 stroke engine with clutch lever. After a few uses there seems to be a rattling noise coming from the clutch bevel wheel. I've tried to tighten the central nut keeping it in place but it already seems tight.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and found a fix? It would be great if you could let me know. Many thanks and sorry if I didn't post this in the right section.

AFAIK that is normal. Both of my 66cc builds had/have very noisy clutch bevel wheels, it's irritating but it's the nature of the beast.

Common problem. The bearings in the clutch gear are junk. You can replace them if you want but in most cases it is not necessary.
