Hi Everyone,
Having a bit of a weird problem here as my clutch won't fully disengage so when I pull the lever in I can still here the plate spinning on the pads.
At first I thought it was my clutch lever touching the frame and loosening the cable but it is fully tightened and has little free play.

Can the clutch pin in the main drive sprocket be worn out? If so where do you find one.
I do have a different clutch lever installed but doubt it's the problem https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/262410956375

first, loosen cable then loosen the flower nut to see if clutch arm returns to the straight back position - if so, adjust cable for just a bit of slack at that position

Yah

Ya there is 4 different ways to adjust your clutch there is the flower nut beneath the case then there is the handle screw then further on down there is the bracket screw then on the clutch arm screw take your pick or all.
