Clutch Clutch Help

I need to try and fix a clutch on my bike... It doesnt wanna seem to engage the motor to the chain anymore...

I take one of the caps off, then take the hex bolt out of the center of the disk..

Then how do I get the disk out? It doesnt budge??

I'm still having this problem... Can someone offer any insite what-so-ever on how to disassemble the clutch..

70cc centrifugal clutch frame mount..

Sorry not familiar with the centrifugal clutches. Everything I have is manual clutch with lever on handlebars.....
