clutch issue

ok so i bought a Ht80 motor from dgoria and im new to these motor so my issue is that the clutch arm can swing all the way around and i have no way to dissengage the clutch please help me

take cover off of both side and, the side with the arm should have a small rod sticking out with a ball bearring behind it. the other side is the ajustment nut take the little screw out and tighten the nut as far as you can the put scre back in you might have to loosen the nut just a little so the screw can go back in.

iff there is no little rod and ball bearing you will have to order one from some where.
