Clutch issue

It's been at the freezing mark here for a month, couple degrees below at night and a couple above in the day. No snows in the valley, butt a :poop: load up in the mountains. No worries on tagging a stomp while sledding. Took my last ride on the "8" on Saturday, sold it on Sunday.

Believe it or not, we got snow down here in Alamogordo in the high deserts of New Mexico...lol...lol.
We got about 3 inches so far which is very unusual for this area...Here is a pic I took a few hours ago this morning when it first started...lol.

Can't Figure out what size motor I have on this Motovox minibike & It starts up but when I turn throttle engine doesn't rev up and wont engage clutch?
