Clutch clutch noise

The clutch & motor make a lot of noise. Is this common on a 2 stroke 80cc?? Also the clutch lever is hard to pull, tight springs???

Welcome to the site.
Yes they make noise. Insulate.
Reroute cable be sure its not binding. Adjust clutch arm a bit.
More answers and fixes can be found by using search.
My engine seems quieter with some miles on it than when put in.
But could of just got use to it, or hearing has gotten worse from the no baffle pipe.

My clutch will make terrible sounds from time to time. When I remove the engine cover to inspect it, I find nothing out of place. Just keep going.
