Clutch not dis-engaging

This is what happened the last I assembled clutch, so I broke down the clutch from the engine all the way down to clutch shaft I started putting it back together I put the the screen depend and in the spring housing and tightened it 10 turns like video explained completely resembled it and it still doesn't engage help what do I do if somebody can help me thank you very much I really appreciate it

where is the clutch plate?
The plate that is supposed to engage with the orand clutch pads.

Clutch plate up against the orange clutch pads, then the flower nut.
Only tighten the flower nut until you have just a little play or wobble in the clutch plate when you have the clutch squeezed.
Then put the spring back on if you want. I never use the spring.

oh yeah be sure you still have the ball bearing
