clutch problem

i was driving my bike the other day and it felt like the clutch was slipping so i took it apart and had a look at the pads but they seemed grand then i put it back together but its now rolling forward when the clutch is out and in

anyone have any ideas its a 2stroke 66cc by the way

How tight do you have the flower nut adjusted to?
It should be 1/2 to 1 turn out from finger tight. Make the adjustments with the clutch hand lever held in against the handlebar grip with tape or wire.
