Clutch problems, once again

Hey guys. My clutch is trying to f*** me over. I'll fix my clutch so it fully engages, 5 miles later it won't fully engage so I'm stuck at low throttle just trying to find a place to fix it. I've messed with the cable a little, nothing. All I can do to get it to engage is tighten the star nut 2 or 3 notches, but it just stops engaging a couple mins later. I put new clutch pads in a couple days ago if that tells anyone anything. Help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm not close to home rn.... Got tools tho!

If you're using the little screw on the clutch arm, then that's the issue. They more often than not strip out and don't hold anything, or crack and the same ending. You need one of those little barrel clamps for cables.

All I can do to get it to engage is tighten the star nut 2 or 3 notches,

On that flower nut under the clutch cover...Did you make sure to put the lock screw back in...if you didnt, that pressure plate will keep backing off of the clutch pads...just a thought...DAMIEN
