Engine Trouble Clutch won't disengage, motor won't turn help

What do i do if clutch won't disengage and motor won't turn when i take out spark plug help please. It was running throttle stuck pulled clutch in and shut it off. Then when i went to pull clutch in it wouldn't disengage took spark plug out and still didn't turn, what do i do

sounds like maybe the chain is jammed on drive sprocket - easy to open both sides and look to see what is stuck
