You can find videos on YouTube on how to delete the whole coaster brake mechanism. But these are very dangerous at high speed and can fail... causing the rear wheel to lock up unexpectedly and I think you get the idea from there... I'd recommend just getting a new wheel of Amazon or Walmart for 50 bucks. It'll save you the hassle and possibly your life.

To disable, remove the "shoes", bend the two fingers back on the part with the spring and add a couple washers here the same size as the axle thread to remove slop.

Remember to re-pack with grease!
