Hello...

With Oscar's front wheel and gooseneck pointed at precisely 0 degrees relative, the upper plate of my Triple Tree is cocked about 5 degrees to the right. The lower plate is in straight-ahead alignment.

I have loosened the big hex nut twice to align the upper Triple Tree plate, then tightened it securely, yet when I return from a 10-mile ride, the top plate is cocked again!

The misalignment is hardly noticeable, except to my perfectionist eye!

The reflectors that are screwed into the bottom plate help to hold the tree straight. There are also 2 set screws in the front of the tree on the same plate. Loosen these set screws and reflectors, straighten the forks and tighten them back up. This should get thing right for you.
