Comments on plug color

Fasho. I didn't sand down the intake surface and the offset intake I had need to be sanded down. So I was getting a air leak there. I even double check it to maakke sure. Didn't find that out until I spent the whole day. Jetting it all the way to 1mm from .70
 
The first dark one is idle circuit the second light is one from WOT

I'm in Michigan so I think the elevation is 6000-7000. 6500 median. Running a drilled .60 and a 30 pilot like 3 1/2 - 4 turns out. Blubbery just a tad on take of and under 10 mph. I switched to this after a .65mm was still four stroking with 27.5 pilot. I don't have a .63mm drill. A 27.5 tends to be under 1 - 1/2 turns out. With this carb without the exaust. Hopefully when I decide.to take the cap off or put the exaust on the 30 pilot will lean out a bit.
 
Idk all that funky mathematics with try to calculate the air to fuel ratio to properly size a jet...
 
I'm running 32:1. I might go up to 40:1 and drop the pilot size to 27.5 and order a 60 - 62.5 main. Depending if I run 40:1-32:1 it's a Zeda triple 40 with a 40 tooth

Kinda boggy down low but I'm suspecting it to be too rich problem I have is it stalls after a minute if I try to lean it out. I think the issue is the restive exuast with the cap on and a 19mm carb..... So what do you suppose I do about the 30 jet. I have one of these I plan to put on in a week or so once its broken in more. Idk though I like this one quiet.
