Computer/Speedometer

I use the cheap ebay analog speedometer on my bike right now and its held up for 200 miles so far. I also have a very nice vintage Huret speedometer that I don't have the drive unit for. For the last 2 years or so I've used the 10$ bell hard wired computer from walmart without fail, they seem to be waterproof and I have one that's 2 years old from my first bike that still works but I keep as a sort of memento.

Are these computers hard to setup and calibrate? I got one on amazon a while ago and I never could get it anywhere near accurate to my cell phone gps speedometer?

Not really just have to input the right wheel dia,and if wireless kept away from the ignition so as not to pick up interferance.
