Controller and motor issue (with video)

I'm having a issue with a modified PowerWheels that I cant seem to figure out. I am running a 24v-48v controller on two titan 775 R/C motors with two 12volt18ah SLA's. If I give it full throttle (at 24v) it will cut off but if I ease into the throttle it goes fine. With one motor at 36v I don't really have a issue. After reading some of your post on here I'm guessing I'm running too many amps for the controller. From what I've found on the net the motors pull 30 amps each and I'm running them parallel. I'm now looking at the http://kellycontroller.com/Mini-Motor-Controller.php controllers. Will they handle two motors?

Here it is at 48 volts. I have no issues with it cutting out. I just cant run these motors at that voltage nor would I want my son having that much power. I could run a potentiometer on the throttle but I'd rather have a true 24 volt system.
